Eighth Doctor ~ Doctor Who

There is an unbelievable dearth of material when it comes to making 8's outfits. Most of the art shows him with a green jacket and gold waistcoat; some show blue and red. And now word has come out that his coat in the movie was black, not green. However, I've stayed with the green, since it's what's described in most places.
