Arin ~ PangYa!

A recreation of Arin's aqua sorceress set -- the one she is most often seen wearing in model kits, promotional art, etc. The dress is white sparkly satin with blue satin panels -- the aqua patterns are painted in in fabric paint. The beret is store-bought with the patterns added in fabric paint.
